On the back of the sampler for December it says 20% off off any stamp set in the catalog sampler with spending $20.. ok there are two wheels in there I was told they dont count towards the 20% off??
(btw its the Bella's Border wheel & the Scary Skulls wheel)
Are you asking if wheels can be purchases as part of the $20 you need to spend to get the 20% off one stamp set?.....or if they can be purchased with the 20% off?
From looking at the promo details on the SU website I think you can purchase $20 worth of any type of merchandise but the 20% can only be used on a stamp set.
The sampler comes in every workshop order (replacing the technique booklets we used to get), so if you've been to or hosted a workshop recently you should have gotten one in your bag. It was deliberately not posted on the website, because SU! was testing the effectiveness of just putting promotional info on the backs of the hard copies of the sampler.

Is this "sampler" different than the holiday mini catalog? If so, can you post a link to it?
The sampler has stamps/accessories that are already in the main catalog, it's just supposed to give a "sampling" of things so customers don't get overwhelmed with the whole catty.
LOL! Okay, I'm guilty. I have about 6 of them upstairs and another 3 coming in orders soon and I have yet to look at one and might not have looked at the others that would be soon arriving had I not seen this post!
The current Catalog Sampler Special is: Host a workshop of $350 or more from Oct. 1 through Nov. 30 and choose any stamp set from the sampler for free. I chose Flight of the Butterfly. It's a $31.95 set and I got it FREE!
