Default SU cardstock arrived damaged/bent....what should I do?

If this is in the wrong section or against the rules, please let me know!

I ordered 4 assorted packs of cardstock from the SU website. So excited to get it today.....opened it to find three of them are badly bent at the corners. :(. They were just thrown in a box, not wrapped or anything. There was nothing else heavy in my order (some twine, a Color Coach, In Color markers).

What should I do? Will SU do anything about it?

I was so excited to get started this weekend making my hanging files of all the colors. Grrrr!!!

They have great customer service. I sent an email and they respond within a day or two. I got a new product to replace my defective one. I hope it wasn't retired packs because they may not be Able to replace that.

You could also contact your demo and let her/him call for you.

My demo handled my email about my damaged cardstock Very Quickly. The 2 packs of cardstock were sent to me in a padded envelope, and, of course, got thrown around on the way to me, bending corners on both packs. The replacements were sent very quickly in better packaging without question. GREAT Customer Service!
