Default SU Blue Rubber Stamp 2000

Can someone help me identify this 2000 SU stamp? It has blue rubber on the back. It is a square frame with squiggly edges. I have no idea what set it is from and cannot find it in a single catalog. Help please!

Dot, do you have any other stamps with it or is this a lone one? I seem to remember a SAB set that year that had a frame and then a bunch of other things you could stamp in it.... a witch, snowman, rabbit, etc. Can't remember the name though - Framed Fun? Tag Art? Ugh, there are so many, I'm probably naming one from an actual catalog instead, but I do remember the set. And if it is from that set, that would explain the blue rubber also.

I think it did have other pieces but I do not think there was a witch or snowman. I think it had summery pieces. I feel like I should remember it but just cannot.

I think I found a sun that goes with it and a small daisy like flower, but still cannot figure it out. The sun has light blue rubber too and says the same year.

I think it was a hostess benefit for $400 workshop. It had a bird, snow flake, background square and frame, leaf, flowers and a saying (I don't remember what it said) I don't remember the name of the set. I can look it up if you want. Ann

I never did a $400 workshop. Hmmm, no snowflake in my collection that goes with it either.

SU! didn't start hostess appreciation sets that long ago did they? I thought it was late '01 or beginning of '02? It seems the set I was thinking of was an SAB one that I don't think made it to the catalog, but another one similar to it was in the catalog.... LOL, it's all a blur!!
It's going to drive me crazy now too!!! I can see the set in my mind...

I think that is it. Weird though because all the stamps say 2000 on the sticker. Can you tell me how many stamps in the set and what they are? I think I have a leaf, a sun, a frame, and a flower so far as I go through the box.

There is no bird and no snowflake though. Are we talking about the same set?

OK, I'm not losing my mind after all. If I remember correctly, the SAB Framed Fun didn't make it but they came out with Tags & More to make up for it.... and then the other set with the same name. Thanks for keeping me sane!

LOL, I remember that set!! I have it! And every year when the catalog comes out, I go through the index to see what page my sets are now on, and found this one - but it wasn't the same set!!!! I was surprised they used the same name.

I have the older one.....

I knew it sounded familiar.

If it's the SAB one, it wasn't in a catalog, and that would explain why it is blue rubber. I want to say it was SAB 2001, but i'm not certain. Can anyone help us out?

Anyone know if there is more to the set than the frame, sun, leaf, and flower? I may want to sell the set but I want to be sure I have the whole thing. I am sure I do, but just need to check.

I have that set at home, dot. I'll look when I get back from work and let you know.

I'm almost positive it was SAB 2001 and it was a Limited Edition stamp set.

Thumbs up

I think it was a sell-a-bration 2000, because that is one of the minis I don't have! LOL! My demo loved this set, though so I got to stamp with it. It also had a to: from: stamp and a nice slightly curved Thanks so much, similar to the top of the Nice and Easy Notes, but a prettier font. There was a total of 7 stamps in all, the wavy, dotted frame stamp, a large sun, a flower, a double heart, a leaf, the to: from: and the thanks so much (of course the fonts match!) Now, I have to admit that I checked ebay to make sure my memory was correct! You don't have to be a member or even log in to search for a stamp set there, just make sure you have the name correct! Good luck, it is a pretty set!

Just wanted to let you know it was a 2001 Sell-a-bration set. It was the very first Stampin' Up! workshop that I hosted and got me hooked on this crazy craft .
