Default Sticky Situation!

Any reccommendations for getting the sticky residue that's left on the craft scissors off?

I use Goo Gone. It works well, with a little less odor.

Rub the blades on a Versamark pad then wipe with a paper towel.

There are really great alcohol wipes individually packaged for first aid kits... they're great for gooey scissors. And they travel well!!

Amazingly enough - the extra pieces of clear label sticker dabbed on the blades will take the sticky off, too - and you've usually got it right there when you're mounting. - dab, dab, dab!

I use the Stampin Mist - it's not chemically smelly, and isn't drying for my hands either. Just put some onto a cotton ball and wipe it away...
