Hi ladies....I have favorited many of the beautiful starburst cards you all are making. They are so stunning. I went to the technique area and searched for a starburst tutorial and didnt find one. I had never looked there before and I am blown away by all the amazing techniques there! Anyway...can someone please direct me to a tutorial? I really want to give these a try!
Thanks in advance...you all rock!
Blessings
Here is a tutorial that Lyssa did that is SUPER easy. It doesn't waste any paper and it doesn't require a bunch of trimming in the end either. I love the end results too!
Thanks so much 329shana! I will look at that tomorrow. There are so many beautiful cards using this technique. They are amazing. Will post pic of my first one tomorrow!
Blessings.
Stampin' Up posted a video on You Tube recently that shows a starburst made by spritzing. She is doing a scrapbook page in the video but it would be beautiful done with a card too.
I made 24 of my first design for the various things I support. They turned out so pretty. I wanted to post a picture but I just got a new computer with the new windows and so far I cant figure out how to do it. Lol.
Thanks for all the help!
I've used a die by Paper Smooches that I really like. It takes a little planning as far as the cardstock choices go, and you do have to cut it several times with different cardstock, but it's worth the attention to detail.

This is the simplest starburst I've seen and I love that you end up with pieces for 4 quick cards as well as the fact that no paper gets wasted. Thanks for sharing it! W)

I think either Taylored Expressions and/or MFT have a die for it too. I am so excited that its simple! You can make stunning cards in just a short time! Whoever thought of this its amazing!

Lyssa's approach looks interesting! I have a different way of doing it, but I'd like to try this one too. Here is my method Magnolia's Place: Starburst Technique

Thanks for the shout-out! I thought that's how everyone did it, but when I saw a couple other methods I realized there are apparently much harder ways to go about it. I'm really glad you're enjoying it.
