Default stampinup on line ordering

Hi everyone,
Wondering if someone could help with this. Every time I go on my demo's site to order, I click create a new account since this is my first time, I fill out all my info, it keeps telling me that my session has timed out. ARGHHHH  I keep doing this but it isn't taking. Any idea what I am doing wrong?? I emailed her but thought I would ask you guys too.
thanks,
Lori

Hmmm... I'll go try it out at my demo's site to see if it works.

..............

Mine worked. Maybe your demo's site has a glitch. She could ask a couple of other customers to try it out. If it doesn't work for them either, she should contact Stampin' Up to get it fixed.

Just checking -- were you able to complete your online order? I had a customer place her order today on my website and was able to get all the way through. It may have just been a glitch at the time your were on.

It could also be that your cookies are set to expire too quickly... or that you're not set to accept 3rd party cookies (since SU has several servers, they have different information on different servers which is considered "3rd party").
