Question Stamping on felt pennants

How would you stamp on felt pennants for a baseball team? Not sure if I should use craft or stazon? The pennants will be black, so it would have to be stamped in white in order to see it. Does stazon come in white??Also, the pennants would be outside during games & sometimes it does rain on us. Help! Thanks:???:

yes, staz on makes a white that is awesome! I can not help too much with this, but I would say either would work. I would try some on a sample and let them dry and see which suits the look you are wanting to go for.

Why not use apple barrel paint? The only drawback to using paint is that it will get in the cracks of fine lined stamps and make them look blobby.
