I have saved them from about 10 years. I'm thinking, do I really need this stack! How about the rest of you. Can't believe how the stamps and ideas have changed. I just can't see myself going to them for ideas.
I would go to the old catalogs for ideas ALL the time...until I found SCS. But even though I really don't use the old catalogs now, I'm not quite willing to part with them just yet. I sure could use the space, but I'm getting ready to get the next catalog from my demo. Stamping is a sickness!!!

I had some older catalogs but I've passed them along. I thought I would use them but really didn't after awhile. I'm probably the exception ~ I think most people would find it hard to part with them!!

Okay, you're making me think I should keep them. Historical keepsakes. I find I just don't use the ideas because with all the new products stamping has really changed.
I'm looking for any catalogs before 1998. I have them from that date forward. So if any of you have them and want to part with them let me know. I'm always on the ISO forum so you can PM me since I'll never be able to find this thread again. I love looking through them and seeing how the styles have changed. They also help me hunt for retired stamps. Sometimes I think the hunt is almost as much fun as stamping.

I have four years worth. I have gotten color ideas out of them. I NEVER have case'd cards from them, oh I take it back, I did once. I get my inspiration from SCS. Before that I got ideas from my demo's workshops. I may rip out color combos I like and toss the cattys (recycle).
