Stampers that quilt/quilters taht stamp... do you know?

Hey... I am wondering if anyone has tried to use the AccuQuilt dies on the BigShot machine? They seem to be about the same thickness and width, so I am wondering if they work.

I haven't tried it but I haven't yet been tempted because I fear too much fabric being wasted. I also haven't looked at the accuquilt closely. That is just the impression I got from the glances I have made.

I also tend to like strip piecing whenever possible to make things go quicker but thought that it would be great for applique or non square/rectangle pieces.

Maybe I need to be enabled in order to try this. Since returning to quilting I seemed to have forgotten all about my card making supplies so this may make me dust off my big shot. :-)

It appears that no Accuquilt dies, either the regular or for the GO machine work in the regular BigShot. However, the BigShot Pro is supposed to be able to take them. Read the replies in the above threads to be sure.

Me either. HELP! Can anyone tell me why it won't work? They look to be the same width as my BigShot...

Okay... Never mind. I went to the Tools thread and did an in-thread search and came up with the info. Not sure if I totally get why it won't work, but the fact that they are going to be making quilting dies for the BS is GREAT! I really want a heart for it, but can't seem to find one right now that works.
