seriously? my husband!!! LOL

But I swear my 3 year old put me up to it. He wanted a "ordament" (ornament) when I was working on some christmas cards on his hand, and he told me to "give daddy one, too"

think that's it.

On another group I entered a mystery item(s) swap. One of the things we were sent to work with was a light socket switch cover. I used alcohol inks and some stamping on mine and then mounted to a card where I used it as a window for an interactive wheel card. The different images would show up in the socket windows.

I used fabric paint and stamped on my jeans. Not too odd, but fun. I got many asking "Where did you buy those jeans?"

My poor kitty. She always is on the table watching me and often sneaks our a paw to bat at a stamp to see if she can snag it to play with before I take it away. I had been stamping with craft white ink -- bet you see where this is going -- and I was reaching to re-ink again when her black/gray foreleg got in the path.

Bottom line is kittie's fur and craft ink are not good friends!! Just glad it wasn't StazOn.

A tool belt...the fabric kind that has the pockets. But it wasn't for a guy. My son's teacher at the time had one from Home Depot (logo and all) that she wore all the time to keep pens/etc in. So for Christmas I found a blank one and stamped it with her name and some Hero Arts kids. You can see it here in my gallery:

I have stamped on cookies! We used the Fondant type of icing, and made our own stamp pads with food coloring and felt.

hmmm...I stamped on my daughter's art bag (for preschool)

Then I tried to heat set it. Then it melted REALLY fast.

THEN I remembered they were the reusable shopping bags made from recycled pop bottles.

We got some pet food bins and they have large round covers that sort of spin. I used Penny Black puppy and kitten stamps and stamped right in the center of the lids. Turns out, I stamped them so that if the puppy or kitten is almost straight up and down, you have the lid placed correctly to screw it on right the first time!! And future petsitters won't have any trouble remembering whose food is whose! Now if we only had room for the same kinds of bins for all of the other animals food ;)
