I'll travel to a convention in Atlanta, GA, in November. As we Europeans don't have so many stamp shops, this would be a great occasion for some stamp shopping for me, wouldn't it? So... does anyone know any stamp stores in Atlanta? Or a Michaels' store?
Thank you all!

Thank you! Do you know how far it is from Atlanta? I won't have a rental car and stay in a hotel, so it might be difficult to get there if it's too far from Atlanta...

This store is fantastic and the owners are great. Make this stop a must. They have hundreds of stamps.

I would www.mapquest.com the address your hotel is located and the addresses to Archievers, Michael's ,etc. All addresses can be found on the vendors home sites. Enjoy. There is enough to fill one extra luggage on your flight home.
Unfortunately, Atlanta is a really spread out city. Most scrapbook/stamping stores are located quite a ways from downtown Atlanta. Impressive Ideas in downtown Roswell is really good but again, its probably 20-30 minutes from downtown, as is Archivers. There is an Ikea close to downtown that can be reached by traveling MARTA (Atlanta's mass transit system). It is located at Atlantic Station. I know that's not really what you asked about but I know a lot of crafters love the place.
Very true. Atlanta has spread to all the little towns surrounding Atlanta. So when someone asks about Atlanta, I automatically include all those towns.
Archivers has a couple of locations but they are both a good 20 miles outside of downtown Atlanta. I'm honestly not sure there is anything like that in Atlanta. There might be a Micheals on Northside road which is over near Georgia Tech.
Okay, this seems to be more difficult than I expected. Nevertheless, I'll try to find a way to get to at least Rubberstamp Fantasy. Perhaps the hotel staff know how I could get there, maybe by taxi. I always find my way if it's about stamps, LOL!!!
