I don't think there is a set I have that has never had at least one of the stamps in the set inked. But Have A Seat is one of those stamp sets that I wish I had never bought. Have too much trouble figuring out what to do with it.
The only ones that haven't seen ink are the ones that I haven't indexed yet, but I have a feeling that "index stamping" isn't really the intent of your question... ;)
I have LOTS that have never been used for an actual project!
Ummmmmmm...it would take many pages to list them all! I have so many that have never seen ink. I still like them but I just get so many new stamps all the time that there is always a new one coming. I just cant use them all.
I'm really bad, I order several new stamp sets at once. Pull them out, look at them. Start to play and then get overwhelmed. I then put them away and play with some older sets. Six months later, I pull them out and have a wonderful time but can't do it right away. What's with that?
Just too too many to think about. I decided I cant buy anymore till I half the load at least. The problem is you get out a stamp and start to ink it up. Then you think ohhh yeah, this would look good embossed too and ohh white embossed mmmm sepia mmmm different colour inks mmmmm watercolour cardstock, ohh copic cardstock mmmmm vellum. 15 stampings later and that was just the first stamp in the set..... See its all time consuming. One stamp done a 1,000 more to go. The good news is I have looked but not bought stamps since December and boy has that been hard. I must shrink the pile....
I'm totally with Gregzgurl here- way too many stamps I 'Had to have now' have only seen ink for indexing. And when I have a bit of a reorganisation, in the hope that that will help me get to using them more often, I'm always shocked by how many I've completely forgotten about. I'm pretty sure that this is not what 'stamp collecting' is supposed to be, lol.
I used to have this problem then I had to cut way back. Sets are more precious to me and I only buy the ones I know I will use. I make a point of opening them and using them right away. Once shelved, who knows.

At least one stamp from all my sets have been used. The problem I have is sets that I've tried to use and can't make anything I like. Yes, I look at other samples and try to CAS : )
Sitting right on that bench with you. And interesting enough, I have several sets that I got maybe as a gift or a freebie that I didn't think I'd use that have become some of my best "go to" sets. Floral Wreath by GinaK falls in that category. I got it as a freebie and it really didn't speak to me, but it makes the best sympathy cards and I have really fallen in love with it!
Most definitely. Not counting some of the sets from my last SU order (just got those around a week ago) I have at least 10 or so. I'll get around to it eventually though.

This is an unusual set. I wish I had it (but not enough to search it down on Ebay and pay that postage). I can picture the empty chairs with "Missing you" "It's just not the same without you". "Thanks for helping me move" "You've got great legs"
"Wish you were here". "Old friends are the best friends"
I had lots of stamps that had never seen ink. So one day I decided to go through all my stamps and get rid of everything that I had either never inked or just plain didnt like but kept because they were part of a set. It took a while but I talked myself into letting some things go without feeling guilty. I gave 100s of stamps to a friend's daughter. Now I use and like what I have and I have so much more room. I also unmounted them all. Craft room is looking great and I feel good! I am also much more selective in what I buy now.

You have to let them age properly, like fine wine. I know because I am an expert at aging supplies. LoL

If you live in the US pm me your address and I'll gift it to you. Someone should get some use out of it.

One day, I hope! Maybe if someone I know moves house ;)
I hadn't gotten it when it was available either...was it a SAB set? I just loved it and still do. It's such a fun set to use! Anyway, I got it here through the buy/sell forum.
I did use it for a thanksgiving card. Now my daughter bought a new house. I may use it to make her a new home card. Problem is I also bought holiday home last fall, which would be fun to use too.
H Home hasn't seen ink yet. I have so many sets I just love but rarely use. I really don't make that many cards. If I do happen to use a set, I always think when will I ever use it after that. Maybe once more???
Oh well, every set in my collection I still really like even if they rarely see the light of day!

I have gotten better at this. Since I do a lot of scrapbooking, I have challenged myself to use them in my scrapbooking. I have surprised myself how much I use my stamps. I use them for embellies, titles, subtitles and elements to the pages. Having a stamp index is very helpful with that! I have show tons of samples of using stamps with scrapbooking on my blog. I no longer buy any stickers! It is a win-win for me, I get to use all those stamps that I hoard.....I mean collect, and I can use them over and over.....better than stickers!!!!
Thanks for sharing Michelle. I'm about to start my DD's graduation scrapbook and hadn't really thought much about stamping in it!
I have to be careful with my ordering, so I don't tend to make "mistakes" in ordering sets....they usually go right into use, but when I buy from my demos used sales I sometimes end up with sets I don't use. Also, purchasing single stamps often backfires on me as they tend to get forgotten or neglected.
I haven't ever done an index, but I'm betting that would help me out!
My stamp index helps me a ton. I pull it out and lay it on my desk as I work. When I pick out my pictures, I start looking for any stamps I can use! I have been surprised at some of the uses I have gotten out of small sets.
I can definitely see myself using an index before I'd ever think of breaking up sets though I've heard lots of people say that they're glad they did. I haven't had time to stamp much less get much organizing done lately. :( I did clear off my long table so I could help my youngest DD to make a no-sew fleece blanket today. Now I'm ready for my scrapbooking to begin again!

Uh….practically all of them :-/
I have been mostly mo-jo-less since before I got pregnant and it's worse now. I swear he's stolen my creativeness and by the time he goes to bed I just want to veg out on the couch lol! Stamping seems like a lot of work ;-)
Yeah, after I had my third I just gave up and shelved it all for a few years. When my baby turned 4, I pulled it back out again and have been happily crafting since (the baby is now close to turning 10). I am glad I put it aside for awhile, though. It just wasn't the season for me to craft and I was tired of feeling frustrated and angry that I couldn't, so I just let it go. I found that once I did that, I didn't miss it! And I could relax at night without feeling like I "should" be crafting.

I like to find ways to use my stamps too! One way is I make myself and coworkers a desk calendar. That gets a lot of stamps used. I also use them for my job. I work for a family agency and a portion of my job is to set up parent/child activities. I've stamped and punched out images for the kids to glue onto card bases. These are preschoolers. I also made inspirational place cards to sit around the table at parenting classes I teach and a spa workshop I've offered. It makes me happy to get some extra use out of those stamps.
