Default Stamp or Scrap stores in Dayton OH?

I will be up in Dayton the last week of June and just trying to plan out a few days...Hopefully there are some stamp/scrap stores close by that I can visit...I will be w/out my stamping supplies, but it would be nice to be able to buy some new ones while I'm up there

Default Dayton stores

Marco's Paper is a very well known stamp store in the area. Simply Scrapbooks in Kettering is my favorite and Live Love Scrap in the Fairborn area is very nice. We also have Cord Camera in the Miamisburg area which is a great scrap store also. I can't remember when you said you're visiting. We have another store The Rubber Bowl but it is closing in mid May because the owner is a military family that is being moved.

Thanks for the info!

Hopefully I can spend a day or two shopping

I've heard of Marco's before, I have wanted to go there for years, wasn't aware that I would be close!

We used to leave in Beavercreek, OH (just outside of Dayton) before we moved here to CA. Two LSS I visted were:
The Stop N Crop shop on Dayton-Xenia Rd (this is where I cropped every FRiday - nice bunch of ladeis! http://www.stopncropshop.com/ and
Live.Love.Scrap http://www.livelovescrap.com/index.htm (they have an awesome selection of scrapping supplies!!)

There's also a stamp store around the corner from the Stop N Crop shop called The Rubber Bowl (937) 427-9188, 1490 N Fairfield Rd Beavercreek, OH. They don't have a website as far as I know. I've been there a few times but it was before I got into stamping. It's a decent-sized store though.

There are some other scrapbook stores in the area, but I can't remember the names. HTH and happy visiting!

edited to say I just saw the other post further up about the Rubber Bowl closing and Simply Scrapbooks was the one I couldn't remember!

I agree. Cord Camera on 741 is a fabulous, huge scrapping store with the very latest supplies (with some stamping supplies too). But Marco's is stampers' heaven, with lots of goodies on every shelf.

You definitely have to go to Marco's over in Centerville and Cord Camera here in Miamisburg.

hey, i'm so glad i found this thread. I will be moving to that area next May and will need to know where the great scrapbooking stores are. I didn't realize Marco's Paper was that close either. Woo hoo!

Oh, also does anyone know anything about a bed and breakfast called A Little Scrap of Heaven? Found it on a google search but when clicking the link, it says it cannot connect. Does anyone know if this place still exists and if they have a new website address?

What will be bringing you to Dayton? Wright Patt? That's what brings most people this way. That's why I'm here. ;)
