Stamp missing from set!

I have a customer that lost the little acorn from the Fall Whimsy set!!! She thinks she threw it away by mistake! Any suggestions? She asked me if I knew any place she could get a replacement??? Thanks

I've heard that you can call DS and they will replace it but you'll have to pay shipping of $3.85. I haven't actually had to do this myself but it's worth a try.

I've had to do this twice (once for a customer and once for myself - ugh!) Anyway...you'll need to call DS and it helps if you know the show number the set was purchased at. Both times SU was GREAT about sending the replacement stamp, wood block, and label. :-) (And you do have to pay the shipping, but it sure beats buying another whole set for only one stamp!)
