SU has a wheel with sheet music (pg 100 in the catalogue) but not a background stamp.
I like using the wheel because I can run it in both direction depending on the layout of my card and you can leave some extra space between wheel strips to add the words to a song.
Impression Obsession carries a rather unique hand-written sheet music background stamp: Impression Obsession Rubber Stamps Cover-a-Card Music
If you haven't seen their cover-a-card stamps before, well, sorry for enabling! They are rather addictive...
Hero Arts has a current one, SU! is retired except for the wheel mentioned earlier. I have the wheel and use it on Christmas cards and vintage-y things.

I love a good sheet music background! In addition to the retired SU Musical Score (which I have and don't ever plan to sell), I also have these, which all have at least one strip of sheet music:
Papertrey Ink - Background Basics: Sheet Music
Technique Tuesday - Glee
Waltzing Mouse - Musical Backgrounds
Gina K Designs - Vintage Borders
Unity Stamp Company - Music of My Heart
Skipping Stones Designs - Timeless Textures
MFT also came out with a music background last month. I have already gotten lots of use out of it.
Looks like it's out of stock right now, but I'm sure they'll get more in soon: BG Sheet Music Background
And I also have the PTI set, the Waltzing Mouse set, the Impression Obsession background, Hero Arts background...I can never pass up a music background.

Ok, now im curious why one would need so many background music stamps. R they different somehow?
I personally have at least 4 full-size music backgrounds (including the IO one) and several smaller ones (that I'd still class as background, just not a full card base) - and yes, to me they're all different!

Yep, all different.
The Waltzing Mouse set has a few different sizes & styles as well as a positive and negative stamp for two of them. But it's strip stamps which can be stamped repeatedly to cover a card background.
The Hero Arts set really only works on a vertical A2 size card if you want to stamp the whole background.
The MFT & IO backgrounds are both large square stamps that can be used in either vertical or horizontal orientation on an A2 card or on a square card. But they are two very different styles. The IO is a hand-written style, and the MFT is a printed style.
And I never realized I could go on so much about music stamps. LOL And that's not even getting into the random music note stamps & sets I have. But music is a pretty big part of my life, and in the lives of family & friends, so I get a lot of use out of them.
