By the description in the ad, it sounds like it could be a digital stamp because it was stated that it was printed. It could be the persons own artwork too.

Have you thought about contacting the artist?

Apparently, she prints or has the cards printed for sale as a finished product. So it isn't a stamp or a digital image for sale.

Who knows - if she knew there was interest, she may offer her designs as digital images or stamps for card-makers.
