I love Stampin' Up but I don't love their dog sets. I have just recently started looking outside of Stampin' Up for stamps so I don't really know where to look to find dog stamp sets. I have found companies that have individual stamps but I would really like a set. I like the realistic look but also like more whimsical stamps as well. Does anyone know of a company that I should check out? TIA.
I totally agree with your comments about SU!'s selection of dog sets.
I have been drooling over this set by Whipper Snapper Designs: Good Dog I think it meets your criteria, and both sets are designed by SCS member Anna Wight (SweetMissDaisy), which I just think makes them extra-cool!
I have a lovely whimsical set of "cute" dog stamps from The Angel Company. I have seen some lovely realistic dog stamps from time to time on ebay here in the UK but not bought any yet.
inky antics, high hopes stamps eat cake graphics, hero arts but hero only has a couple.. i cant think of anybody else.. my fave is whipper snapper. have to get mft this months...love those too
oh yeah stamping bella has some bellas with dogs and a couple of dogs ones check out the "whats new section"
I love Stampin' Up but I don't love their dog sets.
PLEASE write and tell them this! I'd hate to be the only one bugging them that their dogs sets stink. The people who work/design there obviously are not 'dog people'.
As to where to find dogs, try here, and let us know if you find any good sets. I haven't found any I'm crazy about yet. Lots of individual stamps that I love, however!

Wow, there are more than I thought! I love rubber hedgehog's images. They even have stamps about animal rescue; I haven't seen those anywhere. Lindy's Stamp Gang has really cute images as well. Thanks for all the info!
OMG you all have showed me some super cute dog sets.. and then I found the SCHNAUZER stamps! OOOOOO....
I have a bunch of dog related sets too I will have to go find them and tell you all what brand they are. I am a sucker for dog stuff since they are my only kids right now if you don't count DH. LOL. I agree that SU hasn't had any cute dog sets in a while. I was just at a Rubber Stamp Expo and there was a company that had TONS of dog stamps, I bought something from them so I will have to get back to you on that.

I recall seeing some really cute dog stamps from Great Impressions. I remember talking to a lady(and fellow SU demo) at a local stamp shop about this very topic. We both owned Bow Wow (the only cute dog set SU has ever made) and have vowed never to get rid of it. She was buying a bunch of Great Impressions dog related stamps at the time. Check them out!
www.dogstampsplus.com has many breeds of dogs in different poses and styles, sizes etc. Their stamps are mostly realistic. Labullard (Linda) bought me two Briard stamps as a gift from them. This is not an easy breed to find stamps in.

Still looking for the pony.
I really like both the dog sets from CTMH - one is more whimsical and one is more realistic. I also love SU, but don't like the current dog or cat sets, so have been looking elswhere for some sets for my pet scrapbooks.
