Default Square punches

I have the 1-3/8 square punch and it punches sort-of rough around the edges - a bit jagged and not clean through the paper - like my paper trimmer when it needs a new blade. I talked to SU and they said to try punching sand paper through it and filing the rough endges with a nail file. I tried those and it's really no better. I wanted to see if anyone else has this problem??

I am not having that problem. Is is the new punch? I did have that problem with the older version before SU changed it last year.

Yup, it's the new one. Glad yours doesn't do this!

There was a thread about this problem earlier this week or maybe last week. Do a search. There were a bunch of things to try.
