Spinoff--What is the most views you have had on a card?
After looking at the thread about 0 comment cards I got to looking at some galleries. I consider myself lucky if I get 150 or so views and am amazed at some of those that have 1000+ views. So I thought it would be fun to see...what is the highest number of views you have gotten on a card? And do you have a speculation as to why?
Mine=608 (shocking to me)
Why? Not sure really, possibly because it was a)newer image b)easy to copy c)Christmas theme

Mine is 137...I think mine is due to two reasons. I just uploaded them this month and two mine aren't as creative and fancy as alot of others. But I am here to learn! LOL
Holy cow Tami, I must have seen 100's of your cards in magazines - no way would you not have lots and lots of comments! Your cards are wonderful!
Anyway, it was fun to look in my gallery for numbers of views. The most I have is a bit over 3600 (I could not believe it, it might be some kind of mistake!) on this one - BevDavidWedding by whim6915 at Splitcoaststampers
I hit my peak in 2006 with this wedding card at 2853 views. I think its because its a neat iris folded card. Believe me, I don't usually get numbers anywhere near that!
So, I just went to check and what a shock. My most viewed card was one that I posted the first day I set up my gallery in October, 2007. It has 789 views (almost double the next highest card!), has been favorited twice, and has ZERO COMMENTS!!!!
PS- there having been the posts last week about the cards with the most views, now I want to know which card in the SCS gallery has the highest number of views without a comment. I"m going to go check.
I was curious....my most viewed card....here....got 1636 views and 20 comments....I really liked making this one.
Funny...I never checked that out before. If you look, thanks in advance...much appreciated...
My highest is 1761 with this card. It also has 56 comments and has been favorited 42 times. I think it's because I used the Swiss Dots folder to emboss the bg panel, but left a strip in the center smooth to stamp a sentiment, so that's a technique people might want to try for themselves.

Don't know why. I had been making cards for about 2 months and I'm sure had some pretty bad cards. I have had 1,306 views, 37 comments, and 16 favorited on this card. That certainly gave me the incentive to go on with making cards.
So, here I am 8 months later loving it even more. I do now have almost that many on a few more. Can't compare with what some of these stampers have.

My highest is 505, but right up there close to the top is a card based on one of your sketches, Tami! I love this sketch, and in fact, am using it in a card class I'm teaching this Saturday. This is the one:

This is my most viewed card: In Full Celery by annascreations at Splitcoaststampers I have no idea why, I actually don't think it's that great. It has 4193 views, 131 favorites and 49 comments. I do remember that it was a challenge card, but beyond that... I haven't a clue.
Now that I look at it, I dont like it so much, my style has definitely changed, lol. this card got 1963 views and 48 comments. I stamped the doodle from doodle this and then punched holes and hand stitched it. Hand stitched doodle by chickers089 at Splitcoaststampers
What a great thread, I love looking at all of the cards! Here's my card with the most views. Well, it's not one card, but a group picture of one sheet wonder cards that I made. As of now it has 3446 views:

Mine is 613 with 8 comments (tied most ever received). Could be because it's a new stamp that everyone seems to love...silhouettes seem to be the "in thing". Maybe because it's on kraft or you can do lots with this set? I don't know different things appeal to different people.
My most views don't involve cards, either storage ideas or my stamping space!
But my most views cards--- 2231 views buffet card by wendykins at Splitcoaststampers this one, which I was surprised about---I think it was posted at the time that stamp buffets were popular and it was a great example(I cased it, though) and this one which I am telling you about, because I created it myself and I am proud, LOL 2015 views and also my most commented on card Basketball thankyou by wendykins at Splitcoaststampers this one was posted right when th Cuttlebug was just starting out and examples were a hot commodity.

I do find these things interesting! My card with the most views is this one with 2175 views, favorited 63 times and 8 comments. A close second is this one with 2128 views, 33 comments (it worked for a challenge) and - the most important thing for me - favorited a whopping 139 times.
The item in my gallery with the most views (2297) is not a card, it's a journal and mailbox. I think it has that many views because I took the picture outside and the bright blue sky looks like a fake backdrop in the thumbnail!
I am so glad that you specifically said "cards" because mine was "Who Farted?" (1350 hits) and because I have such a sick sense of humor, this card STILL cracks me up! (I had a box that hit 2216, but that was kind of boring, lol!)
My Frosted Flakes card - Frosted Flakes by Impress5524 at Splitcoaststampers - has 5669 views, 62 comments and was favorited 358 times. That kind of response is unusual for me - I am shocked! Thanks for making me think of my gallery - I must get more uploaded...it's been awhile.
Mine is a VSN challenge card called tops and bottoms (bikini) with 1190 while the next highest are altered items ---target mailboxes at 863 and a lunch tin at 739. the second card is holding at 413 and it again was a VSN challenge card---which could account for the number of views.
