Default Software program to make card sketches

I am looking for what software you use to make the card sketches. I've tried Miscrosoft Word, but this seems to take quite a bit of time to do (could very well be the user!). If anyone has suggestions on how they make their card sketches I'd appreciate the help.

I don't know if this is helpful, I use Adobe Photoshop and Pagemaker. I frequently refer to SU show & tell / cards template library. I viewed SU website today and noticed My Digital Studio will be coming very soon and is compatible with other software such as Adobe Photoshop. WOW! I'm excited and will be watching for a Current Update announcing a preorder date. Enjoy your weekend and have fun in your craft room, Lolita

in a pinch I use Power point
Not the greatest, but works alright for more basic/clean and simple sketches
