Default So now that everyone's had a chance to place an order from the 2005-'06 IBC:

What do you find are your favorite/most used/most versatile stamps so far?

I'm just now compiling my first (BIG) order and don't want to leave out anything that I'll regret!

Do the Hula -
but for me it's cos we're moiving to Hawaii, I used the set to announce it, and for my Christmas cards.

Bubble Queen -
Not versatile I suppose but I send the cards to my mom and sister and it makes them laugh.

Canvas -
Love it, use it a lot.

Lexicon of Love -
Very versatile to me cos it's good for masculine cards too.

Not a new set but I'm still thinking about getting Espress Yourself.

Got these, and haven't regreted it:

Canvas
Word by Word

Cardstock, ink pad and cardstock of as many colors as I could afford! I started to buy just the ink pads, or just the cardstock in all of the colors. But I'm glad I decided to to it this way. This way I can coordinate what I do have.

Those are the things I've used, and used a lot. And plan to use some more!

I haven't used my mat stacks at all yet.

Also, I'm SO glad I bought Right at Home. I bought it last fall for moving announcements. We are the first house in our cul de sac, and as each new person moves in I give them a "Welcome to the Neighborhood!" card. I'm having fun doing that.

HTH!

I just received a huge order on Friday. I got 2 color families of craft spots, a hodgepodge hardware set, Headline Alpha, Tidy alpha, Sincere Salutations, 4 background stamps (Safari, Print Pattern, Fine Lace, and Weathered) Little Pieces, and I also ordered a set from the summer mini. Oh, I also ordered Pines, I've wanted that set since I knew of SU, and just kept putting it off. I also ordered a lot of cardstock, ribbon, and some ink pads.

I'm looking forward to using Headline Alpha and the background stamps the most.

I wish I'd been able to get the watercolor crayons, and Heartfelt Thanks. Those two things are now at the top of my wish list, along with the set Lable Classics. I think the Sell-a-bration will be a good time to order those.

I love the Hodge Podge brass, On Gossamer Wings, Natural Beauty, Word by Word. I thought I would use Label Classics more than I have been. Also not using Haute Coutre much. HTH

I really like the canvas stamp and use it quite a bit. I also like the Loads of Love and the Accessories Sets. The accessories are great because they have some cute sayings and some little stamps that you can use outside of the truck to make some cute cards.

Letterpress Alphabet

Those are the brand new sets I'm using the most, but I have to say, now that Petal Prints is finally in the big catalog, I've been having a lot of fun with it!

Floral background and Fine Lace background. Both are very versatile, especially the floral. Take a momnet to do a search in the gallery, and you'll see what I mean.

I also love Heartfelt Thanks.

Natural Beauty is a MUST HAVE! The leaves make wonderful masculine cards, the flowers and butterfly look elegant no matter how you use them, and the words stamp is great versamarked on ANYTHING!!!

One set that I use A LOT that no one seems to remember about is Much Appreciated. Its fairly inexpensife, and I like that I have versitility when making a Thank You card, and that I don't have to use the same sentiment every time (All Year Cheer I)

I also love Weathered Background, Word By Word Background, Little Pieces, Heartfelf Thanks, and the Small Script Hostess Set.

Default new stamps

I have been stuck on Heartfelt Thanks since it arrived!!! LOL Other than that, I am using floral BG, all about U, small script, little pieces and I can't seem to make a card without peeking into my hodgepodge hardware boxes first.

It seems like everyone loves Heartfelt Thanks and Canvas these days, as do I. I also like Little Pieces, but havent' gotten it yet. There are two in the mini that seem to go with it. Then I think back about some that have been around for awhile so we tend to forget. Looking at all the beautiful cards in the gallery prompted me to get Lovely as a Tree. Also, I love French Script.
I think I need to concentrate on ink pads and markers in all the new colors, then the cardstock, then re-inkers for all 48 colors. There is always something!!!
