It's a little slow going. SU did get slammed with orders. I think just on the 1st alone they received 20,000 orders. The shipping info on the site isn't necessarily accurate either. I'm also waiting on my order. I think we'll see our stuff by the end of the week.

Shipping is REALLY slow right now. I know it's not fun waiting on an order like that but it'll get there soon I'm sure. It just happens like this every time there is a new catalog coming out and things are retiring.
I ordered mine Tuesday night and just got the shipping notice last night at 10:10. UPS says it will be here by Friday. I just ordered some in-color paper and a roll of ribbon, but I guess I got in line after everyone else.
You would think it might be easy to find some temporary help for these two months.
I read somewhere that they tried temporary workers once, and instead of getting things out quicker, there were more mistakes that had to be fixed later, so in the long run it was better for the customers and company not to hire temp people.
They have increase their shipping hours by 50% to help with the orders.
I ordered on-line last Tuesday. I got a notice Sunday that it had shipped, expected here in GA on Friday. They obviously got slammed and are working through it. We just have to be patient, hard I know!

I usually get an email saying my order has shipped, but then my wonderful demo lets me know as well via PM here :-D I know they are working 6 days a week around the clock (practically) to get these orders out and I can only imagine how swamped they are. Our goodies will be in our hands soon!
I think I placed my order on the 1st or 2nd and I just received a e-mail last night saying it was shipped and will be here thursday... Yippee cant wait..
I placed my order on the 4th and haven't gotten a notice yet. I sure was hoping that I would get it by this Thursday. But guess it will either be Friday or Monday of next week. I can't wait to see all the new in colors.

AuburnTigerTN, have you gotten your notice yet? Luckily I was just stocking up on incolor paper and don't *need* anything that I ordered, because I just got another notice last night that they sent it in two shipments, and the second one won't get here until next week. I bought 4 packs of paper and a roll of ribbon, so it seems kind of odd that they would ship it in two packages, spread out over three days.
I got my shipping notice yesterday afternoon. Mine is a partial shipment. Two of the items that are delayed are re-inkers. Anyway, I will get my order tomorrow.

I placed my order with my demo that day also; so we will see if I get the order tomorrow like yours stated. My demo, usually, lets me know, but I haven't gotten an email from her yet.

Usually when I place an order, it arrives exactly one week later. I placed an order on June 1st and it just arrived today (the 11th). I expected a bit of a delay - as is usually the case when the retirement list comes out and everyone is rushing to get the items before they are sold out.
i ordered on the 2nd of June and shipping is finally delivering tomorrow! Can't wait!
Good present to myself on the anniversary of my dad's birth date!:p
