Default Sizzix box die?

In a recent Memory Makers Magazine, Sizzix had sample projects and one of them listed a Sizzix box die. Has anyone seen this? I have been hoping for more dimensional dies from them, but I have not seen them yet. It is possible that it's a misprint.

I looked on the sizzix website and did a search. There is no box die cut that came up. The search did pull up coluzzle boxes though.

I looked on the Sizzix site too and didn't find anything. I'll have to go find my magazine and let you all know the page #.

The biggest Sizzix die (the red ones) are no bigger than 5 1/2 by 4 1/4...I'll bet it's a misprint and either an Accucut or Ellison die.

That's kind of what I was afraid of ... I think they could make some mini box dies -- even if they were in two pieces before assembling.

Why not just call them on the phone? There have been a few times where I have had to call Sizzix to ask about certain dies, I couldn't find on the website. Ya never know.............

A lot of the scrapbook stores carry the larger dies; boxes, bags, etc. You can usually buy the paper from the store and use the die and machine for free. Maybe the magazine misprinted it was from Sizzix and it was an Ellison or Accucut die?

I am sure it is an Ellison box die used in the sample. Ellison is the parent company to Sizzix. I have seen quite a few samples in the magazines using both Sizzix and Ellison dies.

It most definitely is an Ellison die...as someone else mentioned they are the parent company...it is frustrating the way they list the dies as if they were one in the same!! You would think by now they would make a box die for the Sizzix...I know I would grab it right away!!!
