I'm having a problem with this too. Glad to hear that it is fixable. Although it's forcing me to be creative all on my own without being able to look at cards I've favorited.
Me too! Actually it's a new and different problem - how are we going to come with ideas? OMG.
So sorry - I thought we were dealing with an existing bug, but this is new.

I am glad to know it is a SCS problem (isn't that horrible to say!) and not that all my favs are gone. I have quite a few in there, for my 'I am going to make that someday' list
BIG sigh of relief!! I was afraid there was a policy change I missed or something! Whew! I can deal with you having a bug as long as they come back. Good luck! Bugs are ugly!
My entire gallery of favorites is gone!!! Will it come back??? I sure hope so I had many projects planned using layouts, color combos, and bits and pieces of ideas. I am one sad stamper.
I hope the problem is fixed soon. I just went to my favorites tonight and they are all gone , nothing is showing. I put some ideas in there just yesterday for a workshop on Wed. I new I should of taken the time to print them. Now my brain is a t a total loss trying to remember them.
It clearly must be just a glitch. I went to a gallery for an SU set I knew I had cards favorited in, checked a card I recognized as one I had favorited, and it had 'remove from favorites' as an option. So the issue is the individual favorites gallery.
Is anybody elses's favorites gone. All my saved cards are gone. I have tried refreshing, rebooting and deleting all temporary internet files. Any suggestions.

Yes, there's another thread about this - it's a bug. Your faves are safe, but we need to fix the bug so you can see them.
I just checked again, again and again and my favorites gallery is still gone since yesterday. Mods please update us on what is happening about this. I used to print out everything and my DH told me I was crazy to use the favorites that's what it for. Oh why did I ever listen to him. Now I need something and can't get to it!!!
Well I checked Sites Suggestion and NO updates on the problem. I used to print out everything I wanted to refer back to but my DH told me I was crazy, that's what favorites is for. Why oh why did I ever listen to him. I'm not big into trusting computers anyway. They are only good as long as they work, give me good old paper copies anyday.

Hi, My Favorites gallery is empty, too. I did clean out my cache, cookies, and browsing history per Lydia's awesomely easy to follow instructions.
Thanks for working on it. One more small problem (as if you didn't have enough already!), my e-mail notifications for my gallery aren't working either. That is to say, when someone leaves a comment on one of my cards, I'm not receiving an e-mail notification, even though I have it checked to do so.

Can't you save your favorites in a zip file? Then you wouldn't have to print everything out. I haven't quite figured out how to do this myself, but there is an option for dowloading our favorites as a zip.
Mine too. Found some inspiration on the galleries last night to make an invite for my son's 1st b-day and of course I am waiting until the last minute. I hope they get it fixed soon.

That is what I was going to suggest, although I haven't done this in a while so it doesn't help me at the moment but I do have some of my favorites. There is a little icon next to where it says my favorites like this:
Then it will save the files as pictures on your computer and you can burn a cd so in case something like this ever happens in the future you still have them.
Okay, I just tried to download my favs into a zip file (by clicking the little icon) and even though I can't see any of my favorites in the gallery, it downloaded them to my computer. So some of you might want to try this if you are looking for a certain card to use today instead of waiting for the glitch to get fixed.

Also I can not make a comment on a person's card creation . I always could before. What's up with that? I hit the submit button and my comment disappears. Obviously I can comment to a thread tho....

Have you refreshed?
Comments in the gallery are going strong and I just tested it.
Someone mentioned downloading the zip file and it just worked for me too! Just click on the little zip icon when you go into your favs and save it to your computer. Then open it up when it is done.
