Default Silly Question!!!

I just got the art of life stamp set. Do most people just use markers to mark the flower part of the stamp and then another color for the stem since it is all one stamp. Or do you cut the flower part off and mount it seperately. I can't decide which would be better.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I use markers. I never thought about cutting it so you could stamp them both separately. I think I like the idea of having two separate stamps.

I cut the flowers off the stem. Then mounted the flowers separately on a small wood block. They are really easy to match up when I stamp them!

I never thought of mounting them separately. Good thought though. I use markers. I also like coloring the flower solid then taking a different color marker and tapping on the flower (thumping) to get a dual color.
