Shout out to MFT

I want to give a shout out to My Favorite Things Stamps customer service. Yesterday I tried to purchase some sale items and use some of my stored-up points. For some reason the web site was not working correctly and the order became a bit of a mess. I was frustrated and reached out to customer service and they worked to make everything right for me. Great customer service is not always found these days, and it is just so nice when someone takes the time to be customer-friendly.

I love this and agree whole heartedly. MFT is a gem! In products, pricing, and service. Still one of my favorite companies after all these years.

There's a reason why they have been around so long...C/S is a big deal that sadly way too many companies in all industries don't pay enough attention to. I have to say though I have been very happy with the C/S in ours. Crafters are cool people.
