Shout out for great service

I want to commend Hallmark Scrapbook.com for their fast shipping AND low-priced shipping. I ordered 2 stamp sets, 1 die set and 2 ink pads (all on sale) and the shipping was about $4.
ALSO, Simon Says Stamp for fast customer service. I received some cardstock shipped in a thin cardboard Post Office mailer with some other items, and it was bent all down the long side. Every page of the cardstock was bent. I emailed to them as soon as I opened it, and asked if they wanted a photo or anything. They immediately said they would ship more, and did....in a sturdier box. YAY!
Good companies will get my return business.

I never return stuff but had to this time...

I'll do one for Scrap Mart...I had bought a set of circle nesting dies on sale, but they didnt have the dims...maybe I should have known because they were Tonics...well they came in and were 8 inches across-totally useless for me. I was broken hearted-had wanted them for a long time (how had I never realized the size???) and called them. They saw the lack of dims and immediately sent me a paid return envelope and gave me credit when they got it. Said they would correct that on the site.

They could have said it was my fault for not asking first but stepped up instead. Kudos!
