I have had packages shipped to convention hotels in the past and am glad I've always contacted the hotel well in advance to determine how they are handled by the hotel, such as specific addressing instructions (which is usually more than just your name), where to retrieve them upon arrival, any fees for their service, etc. In your case, I'd also communicate with Simon Says before ordering to confirm that their schedule coordinates well with yours.
