I would love to see a theater type stamp set - you know tickets, the masks, now appearing, a star.
Also, how about a set for marching band.
Absolutly realistic cat stamp set.
How about teen stamp set = new driver, prom, school spirit

Very good point. I'd like to see more realistic baby stamps too.

yeah -- the masks -- a set with those could be so creative.

marching band -- even musicians playing different instruments -- more music stamps in general

Also, how about a set for marching band. showing people playing the instruments would be great but even just the instruments themselves would be nice....flutes, horns, drums-snares & quads.
More non-nature and non-sports themed masculine sets. I agree, so many of SU's stamps are too stylized. Getting some vintage back would be nice. Also a watersport set (waverunner, speedboat, etc.)

Maybe a set to compliment Wanted and Bronc Buster but feminine? A girl barrel racing with her ponytail flying? With more horses like the ones in those sets...and a matching horse wheel...jumbo! That's my .02

Default I'd like to see...

...a different birthday greetings set; a greetings set that really DOES include ALL holidays; more masculine stuff; more vintage; more images you can color in; more realistic cat & dog stuff; more work-related stuff -- like policemen, lawyers, doctors, teachers, etc., more food & beverage stuff -- why have the coffee sets disappeared from the last few catalogs? I'd also like to see more Western sets.

I'd love to see less flowers and birds and swirls. I'm sorry it isn't hip to say right now, but I'm a little tired of all that.

Well, now that I've discovered water-coloring, etc., I'd like more sets that I can color in.

I would also like a wine bottle, wine glass, grapes, etc., set. I could so use that one for my friends!

A pretty tea cup/coffee mug set.

Something with a beach scene, nautical life.

You have all said it so well! I'd like a chicken set; somewhere between est of Cluck and realistic. Also, must have another coffee set.

A nice tea set (not cutsie) with pots, cups and saucers, tea bags, word stamps with tea varieties (or a BG stamp), tea party goodies.

A new Celtic set

Ditto on the realistic dog/cat

Hey, I love the Pinch Me set but could we get a wheel w/the correct spelling of Happy St. Paddy's Day on it? It's supposed to be the masculine spelling, not the feminine (Patty).

I agree w/the professional sets. It's hard to find nursing related stuff besides those jolee's stickers.

I would like the Cheers to You set to be available in the US. Think of all the fun cards you could make with this: Cheers to You by gaylestamps at Splitcoaststampers

Also Celtic crosses and other pretty crosses.

Also more sentiments, especially basics like Happy Birthday, Hello, Get Well. I have all of these, but can always use more fonts/styles. These are more useful than "Embrace Life" and "Sparkle."

I agree more dog sets, but here are my thoughts: maybe they could come up with SEVERAL sets., Each set could have realistic images, plus maybe one cutsie one for making funny cards. They could either include a few "accessories" (dog bowl, dog toys, etc) and sayings with each set, OR, have a separate smaller set that just has those accessories & sayings (Woof, Dog Days, Man's best friend, etc) that are common to all (thereby allowing more DOG images in the individual dog sets.

In my "dream dog sets", each different set could focus on a group/size/type of dogs. Of course there are a gazillion breeds, but most folks I think would be happy to have a set that represented dogs in their pet's particular size/type. So for instance, have 5 or 6 sets: tiny/small dogs (chihuahua, yorkie, teacup breeds, etc); small dogs (daschund, schnauzer, Jack Russell, Boston terrier, etc.); medium dogs (beagle, poodle, cocker spaniel, etc.; med-large dogs: boxers, chows, bulldogs, border collies, etc.); large breeds (german shepherds, labradors, golden retrievers, great dane); and why not have one just for puppies (all types, since they are all pretty much just small fluffs of fur when they are babies). The puppy set could include the "puppy love" type sayings that are specific to them and wouldn't be useful in the other sets.

They would never be able to make every single dog-lover happy, since they would have to choose just a few breeds in each group. But I know for myself, I've never bought any of the dog sets....they just didn't "fit" my dogs. But if there was a set with just one little chihuahua image, I'd snap it right up! AND, aside from those of us purchasing the stamps, consider how people would LOVE to receive (or purchase) a card with their own breed of dog on it! (now that's personal!) Or use the images in scrapbook pages....so many possiblities.

Since we are "wishing" here, this is totally on a different tangent, but how about if SU offered to sell their sets either as they are now, with wood blocks, OR, with cling material instead so they could be stored unmounted. That would be MY dream come true! The company has consistently stated they do not have plans to change to clear stamps. and I hope they don't, I love their high-quality red rubber. But I am SOOO loving how much easier unmounted stamps are to store (Inque Boutique does it this way; you get rubber stamp images, and cling vinyl, so you can store them in CD cases or however you like.

Whew, thanks for letting us get our "wishing" in!

I'd fall over with joy if they would make a pack of spot inks for the in colors. I think that would sell really well I know I'd buy it. I don't buy many colored full size ink pads, so I usually skip ink on in colors all together. *cept cool caribbean which I would have purchased in any form it was avaliable*

I would also be overjoyed with GREAT watercolor pencils. I hear the ones SU has are not great matches for the colors and generally not great. I love using watercolor pencils but wish I had more colors. I'd buy a set of all the SU colors in pencil for sure.

I would buy vintage storybook type nursery images. That's all I can think of.

I've thought of that before too -- even being able to buy them separately -- but I guess that would be asking to much, lol

There are some GREAT ideas on this thread! Y'all are just so smart! I particularly like the ideas of better dog sets, a set of spots for the in-colors, more "different" stuff (not just flowers and dots), coffee and tea sets, and fewer useless sentiments. Does anyone at SU! read these threads?

I'd like to see more sets with pieces that work together. Like Loads of Love & Accessories or Pick-a-Petal. I like buying these types of sets because you can do so many things/occasions with just one set.
I'd also like to see them bring back the Hedgehogs. New hedgehog sets would be wonderful.

I'd love a coffee/tea/hot chocolate set too.

And even though it's not stamps, I would also love brads in the other colors. I'm always buying from other companies even though I'm a demo, because I hate being limited.:(

I would love to see a chocolate set too!

How about a invitation set with different kinds of tables with place settings?
Each stamp could have a different scene?
(Examples: Tuscan table set with wine/grapes centerpiece?
Picnic table set for a group?
Formal dining room/table?
An outdoor Bistro scene?)

How about a set that has images dealing with computers?
(Examples: Funny computer sayings
A big flat screen computer w/keyboard or a laptop stamp and add the sayings

How about women stamps (along the Bella line or stylized)?

How about a silhouettes of children playing or couples?
(Examples: Child on swing
Couple walking dog
Children jumping rope
Couple holding hands walking in a park?
Couple dancing? (stylized version would be great too!)
Little girl playing hopscotch?
Little girl with a hula-hoop?
Little girl or boy holding mommy's or daddy's hand/
Little girl or boy in the middle holding mommy & daddy's hand?
or little cameos with the above images inside and you
can have a choice of frames?
How about an encouraging weight loss stamp set?
(Examples: Dumb bell weights
Funny encouraging sayings
Scale
Towel/sweat bands?

How about a background stamp that has shelves of books and volumes (like an old fashioned library with the names on the spines obsured a bit)?

Well, that is all I can think of right now.

I agree with more words. Although, I like the absolutely fabulous set. I would like to see more sayings like those. For instance, how about, "I thought of you today......and I just wanted you to know!" Or how about, "I have so much fun when I'm with you..........I'm glad we're friends."

Something other than PUNS! I have come to the conclusion that I hate PUNS!

Oh, and I'd like to see more sets come with their own hand-stamped stamp that coordinates. I'm thinking like the one in Blossoms Abound.

Something other than PUNS! I have come to the conclusion that I hate PUNS!

Yes, puns are the pits. They are cute for kid cards, but I don't make many kid cards.

Many have said more masculine sets. I have such a hard time making cards for all the guys in my family. I am trying to think of something that would work for all but can't. I would love NASCAR stamps and the idea of real car looking stamps. What man does not want a corvette??

I second the vote for the cheers to you stamp set. That would be perfect for me!!

Great ideas everyone!

I will place a third vote for the Cheers To You set, like people only drink in the UK?

I also think that they should consider coming up with text for the inside of the cards. This could be done in sets, i.e., birthday, thanks, celebrations, sympathy.

I also enjoy the edgy or sarcastic stamps and sentiments sometimes... "It's your birthday! So just relax, take it easy, and do as little as possible... you know, pretend you're a man!" or "I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either". This may not be something that SU wants to get in to, but other companies are making money on these types of stamps. Just a thought...

Also, I do like the Bellas and such but it is nice to see a stamp with a full figured, imperfect body of a person. So, that would be nice too. Maybe to go with my sarcastic sayings.

And yes, more little boy and little girl stamp sets.

I have an idea for a stamp that may or may not have been used before... an outdoor/wildlife set with a gnu included in the animals with the saying "What's Gnu?" Cheesy, I know (and it's a pun... sorry) but that could be cute for a (silly) guys set.

I would love to see them bring back Hedgehogs too, Teddy Bears, race cars, baby & kids sets. Those are my favs! And yes...another cofeee or hot cocoa set as I missed that set & didn't start stamping til later. I do have one coming finally from a lady on SCS.....whooo hooo!!! I agree also with eyelets & brads in every SU matching color. And In Color markers!!! In color spots is an awesome idea =)

SO many good ideas here!

I to like the idea of the in-colors in spots (and markers would be cool too, instead of having to fill up blender pens! As long as this is a wish list...)

I also would LOVE the idea of having the option of buying the SU sets without the blocks - just the rubber and stickers- would cut down on shipping and costs, I think it is a nice option but not sure SU is ready for it.

I'd liketo see more sets that coordinate - I LOVE Boatloads of love and Loads of love because you can use the accessory sets to use them for so many occasions, I like versatile sets like that. Fun to use, easy to sell.

It's not really a set but I would LOVE it if they would change all of the stamps to die cut. It takes too long to mount a set of stamps!

I agree with more celtic crosses and pretty crosses.
So many cards to make, so few religious stamps...

I agree completely with the the plus of being able to purchase ink spots for the in colours!! I am really tired of all of the stylized images and flourishes - etc etc - way to many of those!! I would really like to see more sets where one can colour in the images. I'd love to see more old fashioned silhohette sets as suggested as above.

Fewer useless sentiments would also be nice - such as - I purchased Embrace Life - and it is a lovely set - but who in the world would I send the sentiment Embrace Life too???? or Dare to be Fabulous????

Many of the current sets are either very stylized images of no particular description - and then many strike me as juvenile looking ink and stamp sets.. Oh, please get some line drawings !!!
