I cannot go to Session II due to an emergency. I have a ticket and a hotel reservation at the Hyatt. If anyone is interested, please contact me! I know there may be some Demonstrators out there who may can go at the last minute! I am not sure what can be done about the ticket.
I am going and dont have a room yet.. husband just told me he forgot to book it... I might be interested in your room. Let me know more about it : )

I know this probably isn't "right"... but aren't they just doing online check in? Are they actually checking IDs at convention? If not, then just wear the other person's ID tag, and change your name for a few days ;) Just overnight/fax/etc your online check-in form to the next person. Of course, if they are checking IDs at check in, then that wouldn't work! Good luck!

They didn't check anything last year! I would try it! If someone says no...try another angle.

I know what you mean by circumstances changing. My husband was due to deploy on the 24th of July so I didn't sign up. Then they bumped it back to the beginning of Aug. after the dealine. I would have loved the break before he left for 6 months and get all 3 kids on my own again.
I wouldn't want to be the one who bought the ticket and then couldn't get in because of Id checks or whatever...stuck in Denver and no way of going to convention would be worse then home with no way of going. Please don't flame me, I have had an emergency and I myself am not able to attend. You can call SU and get all but fifty dollars of your money back but you can not transfer your ticket...if you are doing things by the book.
