Default In Search of this fabulous card....

Hi All,

I am desperately in search of this card that was made with the Unity Stamp set "Huge Jar". It is an adorable card using a large image of a canning jar where I think little real candies (m &m's) were visible in the jar. I had hoped the card was still on the Unity site where the stamp set is located, but I no longer see the card sample there.

Is anyone able to point me to this card? I really want to try to make a similar card, but I'd like to see this example again, if possible.

Thanks for ANY help here!!!

Bonnie

Ok..guess it isn't a card but a party favor. Any ideas as to how I could make a card like this? By the way, I don't sew on cards.

Could you use the super sticky tape? Like redline or scor-tape? I can't say for sure that it would hold things together when you fill it with candies, but it's worth a try.

I think I would consider making it on one piece of clear acetate. Then two thoughts come to mind...
1...fold the acetate in half and stamp the jar really close to the fold. Then you would only have to adhere the bottom and one side with adhesive.
2...fold the acetate with both sides folding to the back with an overlap. Stamp the jar on the solid front section. Use tape to close the back seam and the bottom of the jar.

Just a few ideas...I think the stitching just is the least visible method.

I feel kinda silly as what I had seen wasn't a card at all...yet, it just goes to show the versatility of some stamp sets or maybe more - how creative some people are!!!
