Best checkbook cover
Most Unique name tag
All of which we will be creating at the event. Except the non card item must be completed at home. Name tags and checkbook covers will not be accepted for the contest if they were made at home.

I just moved to Silverton (near Durango) and would love to get together with everyone. However, I don't think I can make the 26th.
Did anyone go to Regional Trainings? I attended and would love to beable to share all the new techs. I learned. Maybe we could all do a swap? Anyone going to Convention in July?
Hi Katie. We are doing a full-card-anything-goes swap the 26th. I wouldn't mind sending you the all the cards and trading yours. Let me know. I'll have to tell everyone to make 1 more, however.
Please remember to bring the following:
mono adhesive
siccors
paper trimmer
favorite stamp set
swaps(45 or so)
business cards( for door prize) if you don't have any we will have door prize forms there
colored pencils or markers of your choice
Could you please make sure this information gets passed down to your friend, downline or anyone that you have invited.
When you arrive we will have a sign in sheet for you to sign and an agenda printed up with colored coded groups for the make and takes.
Then please take a name tag and start stamping!!! Each station will be marked so their is no confusion and more organized.
If anyone is bringing children please be prepared to donate to the babysitter. Thank you
A church dontation will already be provided.

Okay, on a serious note...
I have two sitters lined up for the day. I know of my two girls, Catie's boy, and Karen Church and Kimberly's babies that will be there. Are there anymore children coming?
Also, for those bringing children I am asking that you please plan on helping pay for childcare. I don't think that it would be appropriate to take money from the registration fee for this, since not everyone is bringing children, and I am certain that if you were to find childcare near your home it would cost you there. So, I am asking that maybe $10-$15 for childcare. If this sounds unreasonable please PM me and let me know.

Hi Everyone. I have a friend who cannot come. She is a new demo and would like to participate in the swap. Julie said that would be okay, but to let everyone know. She is very creative so you would not regret including her in the trade. Thanks.
Just a heads up to bring some extra cards, if you can, to swap at our Colorado SCS gathering on February 26th! There are several stampers who could not make it on that day and are sending some extra swaps with other stampers!

Diane and I were planning on 48. If we need more than that, then we need find out about how many more we need so we can order the supples to do the extras if we need to, since These are to be full cards and not card fronts. I am beginning to run low on supplies and will need to place another order to be able to do more than 48. So if someone can give me an estimated final count that would be great..

LOL!!! Don't be jealous, you get to hang out at my house tonight, (and chat with some hot babes) remember?????? Why don't you just stay for the week, and we'll all drive up next Saturday. I'll tow your car.
P.S. I am only bringing a few cards to swap. I have way too many sample cards as it is...is that possible?
I know of two, plus the couple posted earlier. So hard to come up with a definite count, as some might not be swapping and some may not have enough swaps for all. I would bring how ever many you have and go from there! You could also make a few different ones!

Just a little update for ya.
When you arrive there will be an agenda printed out and available for you to take. Your name tags will be color coded. Please follow the agenda according to your color. So first come first serve on getting the colors of your choice for your group.
Please don't forget to bring your own mono adhesive, siccors and paper trimmer. Also any markers or pencils and any stamp set you want to use for your name tag and checkbook cover. We will have some stamps available for you to use, but feel free to bring your own.

Ok so how many toltal do we need to make(swaps) is the 45 how many that are attending or how many are swapping...I dont want to make too few....
I know of 4 people, including myself, who aren't swapping. And a few who are bringing 20 or less...bring however many you would like to go home with, small grasshopper. :lol:
