I just tried to use it and it didn't work. I thought the coupon code was good until the end of the month?

**THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART ON HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISCOUNT***
• Discount code must be entered in to the Customer Notes section of the order, this is located on the payment section of checkout. Due to limits in our system, please tell us which item you would like to apply the discount. If you do not tell us which item to discount, we will use the first item on the order. This will be performed manually by our customer service representatives. You will be charged the full amount, then a refund for the 40% off will be refunded back to your payment method.
Discount code must be entered into the comment field or discount will not be applied. Codes expire at midnight CST on the last day of the month. A new code is sent out on the 1st of each month if you sign up for our email this will be sent to automatically.
