Scrapbook.com struggle

I seem to be doing something wrong with scrapbook.com. It is a great place with tons of stuff....the operating word being TONS.

I cant seem to get the filters to work...like if I go into clearance and ask for just stencils...it does not filter. Same thing with tools etc. I might get less stuff BUT I am still seeing non requested items-a lot of them.

It was not like this before...I have shopped there for yeas. I want to keep shopping there but I just cant handle this struggle...any tips???

I just tried "stencil" with quotations and it seemed to work

That did not work. There is no search window for just clearance.

I sent an email. Hopefully they will fix it.

I went to categories - stencil
then to filter more I clicked on - under $4.99
That seemed to bring up clearance stencils.
I use my phone and did not go past the first page or so (too temping as I love stencils) and only saw stencils.

Margot, I am having the same issues. I noticed that Scrapbook.com rolled out some new changes on their website. Years of IT experience I am thinking it is a glitch. If you are not in a hurry or gave up try again on Friday to see if it is fixed. I hope that helps.

When I search that site, I type the broad category into the search bar then narrow the choices with the drop down lists on the left side. Hasn't failed me yet and I'm on there all. the. time.

I tried that tonight-broad search and then left side filters. No go. The broad search worked. But those let side filters are just useless to me right now. (I tried stencils broad and then Tim Holtz from the left. nope. The other day I tried 3 different kinds of filters)

LOL Sharon I love stencils too. And now with layering? wheeee!!!

They answered my email. They are aware of it and asked the usual questions-what equipment am I on, and what search engine-they like Firefox. I am on google chrome. They seem to think phones are problematic?

I said I am using the same everything I have for years.

While I was at it, I did also ask if they could make the number of items greater too...surfing thousands of items by 48 at a time is too big a time suck. If you don't ask, you never receive....many companies give you a choice.

They were very nice and let's see what happens.

It is a glitch. That shows scrapbook.com has a good IT team because they asked for all those details. That shows they are actively working on a fix. It is probably some small coding error, happens all the time.

I received a similar email response from Scrapbook.com. They were very helpful and so quick to respond to my request for assistance.

They came back again and said still working on it but they appreciated me letting them know and gave me a code for a 10% discount. Very nice. So I will wait.
