It didn't work for me either. But I think it's because I was ordering something that was already on sale.

Do you know that the coupon code word needs to be typed in the "Comments Section" and they manually correct the price?

You can use it on something that is already discounted.

I also should have said your total will not show the 40% discount, but after they manually correct it you will only be charge the correct amount. I have been buying from them for nearly 3 years and I have never had situation where the amount I was charged was not correct. You will see the extra discount amount as a "credit" on your credit card statement

So if you buy something for $12 that is listed as 25% off it would be $9
and that is what you will see on your total.
Then as a credit on your CC statement you will see the additional $1.80 deducted .

What comment area? There is a place for the Coupon code. BUT, I didn't see a place for a comment???

The "Comment section" is on the second or third page after you log in
I would need to put in an order to find it

The other thing is the coupon will be applied to the "first item on your order unless you tell them in the comment section which item you want to use the coupon on.
The coupon code area has never worked since I have been ordering from them, but I have always been credited with the 40% off coupon.

You are signed up for the newsletter correct?

All the directions are in the email you got and also a list of items that you can not use the coupon on.
