Do you have stamps for most of your saying or sentiments or do you make the sayings or sentiments on the computer, print them off and then add them to your cards?
For simple sentiments like: Thanks, Happy Birthday, etc. I have lots of different stamps in different fonts. But, for the insides, I print them on address labels or business cards & add them to the cards. I used to buy the cute sayings & verses, but you can realistically only use them once or twice. My way works for me and the way I do cards. I mostly do cards for family and nursing home ministries.

Both. Sometimes I need them to be a certain size or font and don't have a stamp that meets the requirements so computer. Sometimes the paper I want to use is too small for my printer and then I have to use a stamp.
For the insides of cards I always do them on the computer on presentation paper then cut it to fit. I use a piece of double sided tape to adhere them. That way if the person wants to reuse the card they can just remove mine and add their own.
Most of my sentiment stamps are sort of fancy. If I want something plain it's easy to print out on the computer.
I usually use a stamp for a simple sentiment on the card front--Happy Birthday, Thinking of You, Thank You, etc. I use the computer for the inside sentiment, which I print directly on the inside of my card base.
Where do you find sentiments for the inside of cards. I need some for baby cards.
I just hand write the whole of the inside of the card. You could google it. Or I guess you could also go to Hallmark and look at their cards and memorise their sentiments ;)
I have some sentiment stamps but like Paula said you can only use them so many time, especially for the same person/family. That is why I do most of mine on the computer. I got a very inexpensive card making program, that way I don't have to mess with line up. It came with some sentiments pre-loaded into the program as well so I don't have to always come up with something original but if I want to add my own I can.
I would like so say I'm organized enough to just run the card thru the printer so I can add it directly to the card but almost always forget until after I've made the card and can't because of embellishments and/or layers. The insides of most of my cards are on a separate piece of paper as a result. lol.
Stamps because I love to stamp and I have many wonderful sentiment stamps. The only thing I have not been able to make myself do yet ::GASP:: is cut my sentiment stamps apart in order to be able to use parts of them LOL But I'm working on getting over this by watching the likes of Jennifer McGuire, Kristina Werner, and Shari Carroll.

I use my Silhouette Cameo to cut out a sentiment to glue on the inside. I try to use only a few words and weld each word so I don't have to glue individual letters.
