I am totally bummed. They cancelled the one scheduled for Indianapolis. I got an e-mail yesterday about it's cancellation. They said that if I wanted to register for the one in Rosemont IL (4 hrs from me) to let them know by Mon. a.m. I'm going to talk to my friend that was registered for it also if she wants to do a road trip and make a weekend of it (visiting some stamp stores up that way) but I doubt if that will happen.
What's also crummy about it is that DH has been working up that way for four months now but he'll be working here in Indy that week. If he was going to be working there, we could've went up a day early so I could go and not have to pay for a hotel room.
Ha ha. No, I'm enjoying not being a demo for the time being.
Keeping myself busy with other stuff. I signed up to coach my son's soccer team. What was I thinking?!?!
*I totally get that!
I can't imagine you not busy! And Carter's team is darn lucky to have you - I bet you're great at it .

So sorry for you!! What lousy timing - that could've worked out perfectly for you and DH!!
I had thought of going to Rosemont for CHA - and could swing it for this, but I won't dare. . . I just imagine something else would come up by then.
I hope you and your friend manage the road trip!!!
I'm totally bummed, too! I was all set to sign up for the one in Georgia, and it got cancelled. It's been awhile since I stamped (just made a big move and haven't gotten around to getting a stamping space set up yet), so I was hoping this would help kick start my creativity.:(
Sorry to hear the events in your area were cancelled! I did get to go to the one in Akron and we had a great time! We made some beautiful projects and got to see some pretty items made with new items from the holiday catalog.
If they reschedule, sign up to go again! It was really a nice evening of stamping and very enjoyable to meet Linda and Heather.

Lisa: I'm so sad they canceled your event! If you check on the a|s website I'm sure there are GA consultants that would love to stamp with you! Lots of gals are busy having Open House and A*Muse*A*Palooza events. If I was close by I would come stamp with you!
I talked to my friend who was going to go with me. We worked it out so we could go to the Rosemont IL event. We sent our emails off this morning telling them we wanted to attend so we're just waiting to hear back.
The event in my area -- Kansas City, Mo. -- was canceled, too! I'd made sure to take the day off work since I work nights, and when I went to register, the date was no longer on the list. I was definitely disappointed. :(
I'm sad to hear of so many cancellations. I wonder if they have to have X number of people signed up to make it feasible.
My friend and I are all signed up for the Rosemont IL. Got confirmation emails last night. Glad it's not horribly far and there are stamp stores in the area to make especially worth the trip. Our plan is to come up Sun. a.m., go to the A Muse event, spend the night, then hit all the stamp stores on our way home on Mon.
