Retail Price of Hostess and SAB

I'm trying to round up my stamps and get an idea for just how much I've got. There are some that are SAB and Hostess sets that I'm not sure how much they'd go for, if they were in the catalog. So...if you were to have extras of these sets and sell them, how much would you charge for each??

I am not a demo, just a customer but I would think that if it was a small set with just four stamps it would go for $11.95. Something like "Very Punny" would go for $16.95 to $19.95 and the larger sets would be $26.95 and up. Hope this helps a little!

Thanks, that's what I tried to do with most of them, look at the ones in the catalog and compare them sizewise. I'm happy to know that seems like a logical way to do it... =)

SAB sets were priced at $16.95 or $17.95 when they used to be put into the catalog.

L1 and L2 hostess sets are valued more this year... they were L1- 11.95 or 12.95, L2 19.95. This year they are bigger or more detailed, so their value is closer to L1- 14.95, L2- 22.95.

L3 sets are about $27.95 to $29.95.

Hostess Appreciation sets (used to get with $400 in workshop sales during a mini period) are valued at $19.95.

Now, this is retail value, the price you could ask for depends on how rare the sets are. Check out ebay to see what these sets are worth now-- some may be higher than reatil, but because they were "free" stamps a lot may be lower than retail.

I'd say that the SAB sets usually go for around $10. Those are a dime a dozen in the stampin' world. The Hostess sets you should be able to get more for because you have to earn them by hosting a workshop or placing a very large order.
