Regals/Earths Chalk pads

I am wondering if anyone else has these? I have them and the warm violet color originally was more of a Pink Passion/Rose Red type color. I went to do the refill and shook it because it says to shake well and when I added the refill to it, it looks more like Lovely Lilac. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what the real color should look like?

I have them but never had to refill them yet. The red IS more red-ish, not purple... I'll check my pad and get back to you.

I actually have a different problem with that particular pad, maybe you can help.

I was using it the other day and the dark brown pad (don't remember the name) fell off of the plastic piece completely. It just separated from it.

Now, I'm wondering how to "glue" it back on? I wonder if crystal effects would work? I'm thinking about calling SU before I do anything because I don't want to ruin that pad. If they don't do anything, Maybe I'll try calling the manufacturer...??!?!!!

Anybody have this happen?

The Pink/ purple color pad is falling off of mine as well. I was going to call DS today, but forgot in between all of my doctor appointments I had today. I will call Monday and find out.

Call SU about it coming off the plastic! I did and they sent me a enw one even though I bought them in July!

I havent noticed the off color with the violet when I reinked, just the olive...
