Default Re: snowman plastic spoon

I saw on someones blog-- a snowman face ( made from paper) on a white plastic spoon and taped behind the spoon was a tootsie roll pop. I can't remember where I saw it--Barb Schram's blog or maybe the Chicken Scratch blog? I wanted to make these for treats for my DD's preschool class this month. Thanks for the help. Where did I see this?

No spoon to (I assume) cover the Tootsie Pop on this one, but it might get you started:
