Yes I have a question for all of you. (TAC, CTMH, and SU)
When you do a workshop (home parties) what type of payment do you take?
If you take Credit cards, How do you do this? Do you have a machine that does it or what?
I take right now Paypal online, Money Orders and Personal checks.
I am currently new to doing home parties.....Just when I thought I could do home parties I fell and broke my arm, I couldn't drive so the parties are out!.
how do you do paypal? I have an account with them, but can't figure out a way to just enter cc #'s and get the money...I have to email them a bill first. Is there a different way?
I use Propay to accept credit cards. It works really well - the membership I got includes a Mastercard tied to that account so that I can easily use the card to get my money out of the account. I also accept cash, checks, and I joke with my customers that I accept infant daughters also.
Cheers,

How do you send a bill from paypal? Do you just go into paypal? Is there something you can click on for sending a bill to someone? I would appreciate anyone's help on this because I have heard that it is proven that people spend more if they can use a credit card.
Anyone???
thank you so much!
blessings,
Jennifer
I use Discover Card Services as well. I process CCs through the phone, and I do it right there at the party so I know it's accepted right away. My only concern, is sometimes it's really hard to hear if the guests are standing near me talking and laughing. I started out using paypal, but it would sometimes take a customer a few days to respond to my bill. I didn't like holding everything up for that reason, so I changed to Discover Card.
