Jen, Thanks for trying to clarify. Not sure I understand though as regular shipping is $6.50 and I paid $8.90. Will still shop probably, hey we're not expecting perfection. Ok maybe sometimes.

Sounds as though you selected UPS ground from the drop down menu rather than standard shipping option.

I'm in Southern Maryland, near DC and it always takes a week to get to me - usually a week to the day. Stampin Up is the same.
