Anyone tried to order from the new release yet today? I've been on several times for my early order and they still have the November release info up. Am I missing something? This is the 15th, right? Dying to get their new inks in my stash and the new color perfect for my Longhorn fan. Anyone else have trouble this AM?
I thought I was going crazy last night, lol! Then again this morning, until I actually read the fine print and realized the thing didn't go live until tonight. At least this morning we can see what's available...
I am all excited, I saw all the stuff and realized the stuff I need (Thanks to Susan LateBlossom ;) ) is all already out. So I ordered this morning and it already shipped. I feel like I just flew in under the rush wire! lol

In case you're not familiar with their shipping practices, they always send out a notification, in a fairly timely fashion, that indicates that a shipping label has been created. The shipping itself usually takes place within a week of the label being generated, but that can vary.
This subject has been one of several hot-button topics on the forum in recent months. While so much of the company's product and design continue to be top-drawer, there are serious, on-going customer-service issues.

Oh. my last order was a few months ago and came super quick. Well either way I still hope I got in before the mad rush!

It was received at the post office today. I'm sure you were all waiting on eggshells to know if my stuff really went out in a timely fashion. (Well I was at least.)

woo hoo! Enjoy your goodies, Erin! (What did you order?)
I've always received fast shipping from PTI. But then again, I never order on release day, and I do live pretty close to Cincinnati, so that doesn't hurt.
I've got a shopping cart at PTI that just keeps getting bigger. aack!
