# for PTI

i am having an issue with PTI.....they are not responding to emails. does anyone have a phone # for them?

No, but you could try posting on their forum. Go to the main PTI site and there is a link at the center top that says "Forum and Gallery" and they have a section in there for "ask the Papertrey team". They watch that forum pretty closely. The customer service people might be overwhelmed right now.

I don't think they take customer service calls by phone. I guess you will have to keep trying via e-mail or on their forum.

The quickest way to get a response is to go to the PTI forum and go to the thread ask the Papertrey team. Post your question there and I know you will get a response. HTH

PTI usually takes 2 days to respond to issues by email...has it been longer than that??

They had a gloriously huge release in February and March's is supposed to be even bigger!!!
