Printing on back of photo cards

My husband already printed our Christmas note on the back of our 100 photo cards so I can’t go back and change the setting of the paper to photo paper (which I saw as a solution when I searched the forums). The ink is still smearing after almost 24 hours. Any suggestions to set the ink? Heat gun? Some kind of spray? Hoping someone has solved this problem and can share a solution. Thank you

Try Krylon Matte Finish (spray) - we used to use it to set ink outlines before painting with watercolor or thinned acrylic and it worked like a charm - can't even tell it's there! You might want to test it on one or two before doing all of them. Walmart had the best price (it's in with the spray paints) that I could see online...
