Posting to Company Gallery

I have always assumed that mentioning the name of the stamps used for a card would put that card in the company gallery for those stamps. That doesn't appear to be how it works. I uploaded a card with Hambo Stamps a couple hours ago but the most recent card in the Hambo gallery is from July 12th. Can anyone tell me how to put my card in the Hambo gallery? Thanks.

The company galleries work on key words - Hambo looks like it's searching on "hambo hambostamps hambo_stamps" so if you have any of those things in the keyword section it should be showing up in the gallery. The ones that look weird are because a space doesn't work.

Hmm, actually - I wonder if there was a problem with your upload? I just went to your gallery to see what keywords you had and the most recent card I see there is dated June 17th. Did you see your upload go all the way through?

Hmmm, I wonder what the deal is. I can see it in my gallery. I loaded it about 2 hours ago. It should be dated July 14th. I know it can take a while for things to appear sometimes, but usually no one can see it (including me) until everyone can see it. Maybe I should delete it and start over again.

Anglenorth, would you mind trying my gallery again to see if you find my "Hello from Minnesota" card now. I see that it has been viewed 50 times, so it must be appearing some place.

I see it in your gallery now.

As Joanne said you need to put the company name in the "keywords" section. If it is in the "description" section alone that will not put it into the Hambo gallery.

Also the keywords need to have commas between them or they are all one long word.

I went in and added "Hambo" in your keywords so it should work shortly.

I see it now! The reason I think it probably just plain didn't work the first time around is that even if an image is pending approval and can't bee viewed "up close" for that reason, you still see a thumbnail in the gallery and then the "Pending Approval" notice if you click through on it. Your gallery didn't have anything pending approval when I looked earlier. Cute card! :lol:
