I ordered the In Colors, but I didn't have enough money to get the ribbon too. So my order came yesterday and I've been trying to make a card and I can't do it without ribbon! Every single idea that pops into my head involves ribbon! I think I've become a ribbon addict;). I've got a bunch of other ribbon, but I really want to make a card with the In Colors. This is killing me! So please post your favorite card/sketch that doesn't involve ribbon.
Emily,
That is a tough one. I always grab the ribbon. One of the things I have done when I thought I "needed" ribbon was use a crimped piece of card stock in it's place. Genuine Happy Birthday
You'll have to post your creation here when you are done to show what you came up with!!! ;)

just and idea.... you could buy a white colored ribbon and just use ink to color it to match......
not sure if you have done that or not
hope that helps...
ohh yeah make sure it is dry before you handle it to add to your card...
I just made these actually and they are not in the gallery yet. I will get them uploaded soon, but here are 2 ideas:
(Just so you know, the paperclip on the one card was just to hold it together for the picture! Otherwise, it would open a little bit and look strange!!)

Oops! I posted one card twice, and posted one that does have ribbon, although it could be substituted with a strip of CS.
