I keep seeing OOZAK and am wondering if you mean "OOAK" (noZ). I had great service from them and would also recommend Crop Stop, Bunny Zoe's Crafts (UK), A Touch of Grace, and Cuddly Buddly Crafts (UK). I found that the orders from the UK arrived faster than most of the US orders, except for Crop Stop. She is FAST in shipping and offers free shipping on orders over, I believe, $35.00. She is very quick to respond to phone calls and goes out of her way to get what a customer wants.
It's been several years since I've ordered from the following two places, but based on my experiences I'd still recommend them:
Purple Onion Designs (excellent quality bare rubber stamps - lots of really cool alphabets!; very good customer service - she used to add a little freebie in each order)
I've gotten incredible service from Pager Garden Projects. With my first order she sent me a hand-made card and ribbon scraps and then hand wrote on the invoice the best way to store the Copic markers I ordered. I liked her so much, I later joined her design team. Catherine is a joy to work with!
I just received my first order from Waltzing Mouse Stamps. I live in Michigan and the order arrived in just about seven days. Speedy quick from Ireland! My order was ~$92 and there was no customs charge. The stamps are great quality. They ink up nicely and stamp a clear image.
It's kind of scary how many of my favorites have been listed. Rather than reiterate those, I'll add:
Technique Tuesday--Fabulous, efficient, and friendly customer service.
The Enchanted Gallery--Fast shipping!!!
The Cat's Pajamas--Fast shipping and a fun personal note last time. (To smell the stamps)
Here's my list of great products and great service,
Eat Cake Graphics

On occasion I have ordered from US companies, (I'm in the UK), specifically Stamp Francisco, Non Sequiteur (although I believe now these are available from a Dutch site), Stampscapes, Coronado Island, and have to say that their shipping and customer service has been second to none.
All three store owners have given my orders personal attention and have always provided super fast shipping and loyalty bonuses even thrown in free gifts with purchase or coupons. They are all really great and all three always get my repeat business because of this!
They also are a real part of the crafting community through their blogs too!
Among several that I've already seen, I also love scrapbookpal.com
They have great prices, freebie codes all the time, and shipping is lightning fast (and free on orders over $25!)
cutcardstock.com is where I purchase most of my paper, I usually get my order within 2 days, they also send sample pieces along with my order. I also agree on oozak, super fast shipping and great prices, I once order two of the same color copic's and they called me the same day to make sure its what I wanted, thank goodness because it was my error.
I bought a Circut only machine that was supposed to have NO cartridges. It came with 4 plus other goodies. I don't know if this is normal or a mixup. They provided good communication too.
I have had good results with Sizzix.com using their Outlet store. Great low prices on the die cuts. Have bought dies as low as $2.39, many are 50 to 70% off. Now I have to stop buying so many, sigh.
Though I have purchased from many of the stores listed already with great delivery time, fair prices, I have not seen any entries that said anything about Joann's. I have gotten excellent prices there, often free delivery and with coupons 40% off on one purchase. I have gotten tremendous deals on distressed inks, refills, Spellbinder products. I would rather support a smaller, independent business but when Joann's occasionally offers nearly 30-40% lower prices it is hard to pay more.
I have purchased from a lot of the companies already mentioned. But a new company I found is AJ Scrapbooking. Their prices are great and the service is super. I have ordered from them a couple of times and am planning my next order in the near future.
I just got my order from Kraftin Kimmies and couldn't have been happier with the price or shipping speed. They're in Canada, I'm in Wisconsin, and I had it in less than a week.
I'm going to have to go check out Gina K's....their store is only about 45 miles from my home and lots of you have raved about them.
Hello everyone,
I know this is an old thread however I have just discovered that the addicted to rubber stamping site is going (sniff). I thought there maybe some like me out there now going to have to scour the web for new stamp site supplies!
The best customer service when ordering online has been:
Gina K Design (top notch!!) (free shipping at 50.00US)
scrapbookingalley (it can take a week or so to recieve my order but it well worth it at those discount and free shipping.)
scrappingstamping (great online store) (free shipping with large enough order)
Creative Play Stamps (awesome company-no complaints, order was at my door quick!) (again free shipping with decent enough order)
I quess you see a trend, I prefer Good Customer Service and free shipping at certian $$ amount. Every penny saved is another I get to spend on product!
I agree with Sheena. Many of my favorites have already been listed. For the past few months I have bought plenty at Market Street Stamps, Peachy Keen Stamps, Verve. And the quality is top-notch!
I have to give a shout out to Lawn Fawn. I placed an order with them the morning of Friday, May 6. Within 4 hours, I received an email confirming that my order had been shipped via USPS first class mail (*not* Priority, just regular mail). My stamps arrived on Monday, May 9. They included a handwritten, personalized thank you note from the owner's husband along with a little "thanks" stamp.
Lawn Fawn is in California, and I'm in Virginia - which means they got my order out early enough so that USPS could transport it across the country over the weekend and deliver to me the next business day.
My only disappointment is that one of the stamp sets I really wanted was out of stock. But that was clearly noted on the site, and I was given the opportunity to sign up for email notification when the set is available again.
Rubber Hedgeghog
Eyelet Outlet
Really Reasonable Ribbon (she will even partially refund your actual shipping if it's less than you are charged!)
Overstock.com
So many of my favorites have been listed already (Papertrey and Verve included), but I have to add Pink Persimmon into the mix. Not only are their stamps of the highest quality, but Darcy provides lightning-fast shipping with a personal touch. Love it when cute stamps and great service standards collide! :-)
I think Lawn Fawn needs to be next on my list to try...
