what other adhesive can be used to glue the bottom of the can back together other than crystal effects. I do NOT have any of this but would love to give the pop tops a try. thank you! :-D

Why don't you use it like a buckle for your ribbon?

Crystal Effects/Paper Glaze/Diamond Glaze or any other product the same as these are better for those cans because they don't have fumes...and you don't want glue fumes if you put food items in your can.

However, if you aren't filling the cans w/ food you can use any number of glues to seal it. I've used Household Goop, Elmer's Stix All and Duco Cement, and I'm sure there are many other's out there that would work.
