I really like both of these sets equally, but just can't seem to justify the need to have them both. KWIM? So I thought I'd post a poll (crossing my fingers that it works!) to see which one you all like better and why. Thanks for voting!
I voted Fishy Friends, but just 'cause I love the crab. I don't have either, but if I bought one I think I'd buy the other too. You just can't have too many images you love!
i prefer silly sealife because of the dolphin, whale and turtle. but am thinking of getting the fishy friends. i like the crab and the small fish. sorry. i know, i'm no help. =)
Not to be an enabler----but you MUST have both! (or I'm just trying to make myself feel better, cause I have both! Yea, that may be it.)

I have Silly Sealife b/c I think the animals are a little cuter than Fishy Friends. I have been able to get the stamped images of Fishy Friends through the Wish RAK's and I am glad that I spent money on Silly Sealife instead, even though they are both very cute.
I've had Fishy Friends for over a year and love it. If I had to pick one now I might go with SS since it's newer and may stay in the catalog longer. You could use the wheel with it too. Both are way cute! Best scenario, get both and the wheel!

I have had Fishy Friends for a while, but I bought Silly Sealife too. I honestly think you need both. They work perfectly together, and the possibilities for cards and projects is more than doubled.

I honestly can't decide... I have the exact same number of favorites from each set - the jellyfish/crab/seahorse from the FF set, and the octopus/turtle/whale (thanks to WAXYO!) from SS. The wheel is totally cute too, though...
*SIGH* Knowing me, I'll probably just end up getting both anyway. LOL But I still appreciate everyone's input. Keep the votes coming! :mrgreen:

I really, really like the Silly Sealife, though, and have a hunch they'll be coming to my house before June is out. They seem more "grown up whimsical" for some reason!

I voted for Sealife but I have both. I just really love that turtle! Surprizingly, the crab is my least fav in the fishy friends set. I don't think it looks like the same style as the other stamps in the group. Anywho, you do need both!

I don't really like either set - they are too goofy for my taste. I just can't help feeling that they all look a bit tipsy.
I love them both and have them both. Silly Sealife is probably my favorite those. If you are into this style, they both are a "must have." They go hand in hand (or should I say fin in fin).
Thanks for mentioning my SS cards...it's *the* set from the new IB&C that I just had to have! It also reminds me that I need to get it out again - it's been awhile since I've used it
I have Fishy Friends but really wish I would have gotten Silly Sealife. My demo made birthday invitations for her son using the stingray in SS and it looked fabulous!

I voted Silly Sealife because I think it will be in the catalog next year. I LOVE and have Fishy Friends (and I don't see it as being dated -- they compliment each other), but it's been around a while and might be gone next "season." I have had Silly Sealife on my wishlist since Day 1, and I will definitely buy it. I made Kelli Purkey-style pins with Fishy Friends, and they are FUN.
That is a great question. You see, I have fishy friends because I bought it from the last catty -- but I almost cried when I saw the silly sealife because my hubby loves sea turtles. So, I like them both (we are big ocean lovers) but if I had to choose between them, I'd probably pick silly sealife just for the turtle.
I have fishy friends and the wheel and love it! HOWEVER, I just adore Silly Sealife and will probably end up getting that as well. I don't think you can have too many fun sets and that's what I call SS!! Good Luck!
I'm a little late to this thread, but I vote both as well. (Although my poll vote is Fishy Friends.) I'm SOOOO lucky that my neighbor shares my addiction and has already bought Silly Sealife and is willing to share!

I have fishy friends and it's been a good investment for me. Have silly sealife on my wish list though. Hope I can get it a couple of months before summer for summer b'days and beach party invitations. I'm joining the "gotta have them both" group.
